Unfortunately, our organisation is not able to take up complaints about bus operations, nor mediate, but our sister organisation, Bus Users UK, is an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body for the bus and coach industry. For more information click through to the Bus Users UK – Make a Complaint page.
However, Bus Users UK can only intervene if you have already complained directly to the bus operator and received an unsatisfactory response (or no response whatsoever, within a reasonable time).
Use our Bus Operators list to find the contact details of the company who runs the service about which you are complaining.
For the company to deal with your complaint, you will need to let them know the date, the time, the route number, the destination of the bus, and the stop at which you were waiting.
If you are emailing a bus company with a complaint, you are welcome to Cc us – contact.cabu@gmail.com – as this will help us to identify any patterns of unreliability which we might be able to take up with the operators and/or the transport authority.
